Bluepoint Solutions Reports Q1 2012 Results, Continued Growth
–Industry-wide focus on electronic check processing continues, image-enabled ATM capture emerges as new technology trend following ADA mandates–
Henderson, Nev.— May 03, 2012— Bluepoint Solutions, a provider of remote deposit capture, item processing and enterprise content management solutions to more than 1,800 financial institutions nationwide, reported the completion of 12 successful go-live installations in the first quarter of 2012. The majority of the installations were Bluepoint’s ImagePoint Foundation item processing suite, and its ImagePoint ATM capture application.

Our ImagePoint family of solutions continues to gain market share as more and more credit unions realize the benefits of multi-channel check 21 capture and are taking advantage of the benefits of electronic cashletter processing.”
Bluepoint also reported a substantial year-over-year increase in the number of deployments of its image-enabled, ImagePoint ATM capture application. The company points to the March 15, 2012 deadline for institutions to ensure ATMs are in compliance with the new guidelines set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
“Credit unions are using this as an opportunity to modernize and update their existing ATM infrastructure,” continued Tilbury. “Many credit unions are facing ATM overhauls to ensure compliance with the new ADA mandates, adding ATM capture is a way to off-set costs by expediting check processing times and providing a valuable member service.”
