Bluepoint Solutions, Inc. Rolls Out New Service Offering

Alternative Services allows financial institutions to reduce operational expenses and take advantage of on-site management and maintenance of their Bluepoint products–

Vista, California, June 17, 2008 – Bluepoint Solutions, Inc., an innovator in Check 21, remote deposit capture, electronic document management and multi-factor identification software technology, today announced the launch of Alternative Services, a new service offering designed to help financial institutions lower their operational expenses while maximizing the benefits of their partnership with Bluepoint.

The Alternative Services team is comprised of experts who specialize in proactive onsite management and maintenance of the Bluepoint product suite. They leverage Bluepoint Solutions’ best practices methodology to provide financial institutions with improved efficiency and better overall client experience.

Erin Coleman joined Bluepoint Solutions in April 2008 as Vice President Alternative Services. Erin has been a part of the financial industry for over fourteen years. She has held key positions such as Technology Manager, Product Manager, and Strategic Accounts Manager with credit unions and vendors including Harland Financial Solutions and PSCU-Financial Services. Throughout her career, Erin has gained invaluable operational and technical experience, with a consistent focus on customer service and advocacy.
