We offer specific training options for the technical and non-technical user. Initial training sessions occur as a part of your new software implementation process, after installation is complete and before your institution goes live with your new solutions. We also offer ongoing training, which is a great way to reinforce your best practice approach and bring new employees on board.

Training sessions can be held either on-site or live online, and combine narrated presentations with written documentation and hands-on exercises. Each attendee learns how the software relates to his or her own position and how to use it on a daily basis.
