Company’s teller capture product trusted to enhance Citrix Application Delivery Infrastructure solutions

Vista, Calif. — Feb. 25, 2009 – Bluepoint Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and leading innovator in Check 21 capture, remote deposit capture (RDC), image-based item processing, electronic document management and multi-factor identification software technology for financial institutions, recently announced its RDC Teller product has been verified as Citrix ReadyTM. The Citrix Ready program helps customers identify third-party solutions that add the greatest value in Citrix Application Delivery Infrastructure solutions. Bluepoint’s teller capture solution completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with Citrix XenApp (formerly Presentation Server) 4.0. During the next year, Bluepoint will pursue certifications for all of its products for XenApp versions 4.0, 4.5 and 5.

The Citrix Ready program makes it easy for customers to identify complementary products and solutions that can enhance Citrix environments. Customers can be confident that RDC Teller has successfully passed a series of tests established by Citrix and can be trusted to work effectively with XenApp 4.0.

RDC Teller captures checks at the point-of-presentment (POP) in real-time. This method allows financial institutions to realize the greatest cost savings, operational efficiencies and environmental impact while preventing fraud and improving the client experience. The solution launches immediately after the core processor transaction is completed and prompts the teller to scan the checks and verify batch totals.

Open Solutions to Offer Bluepoint’s Teller Capture Solution to its Financial Institution Clients

Vista, California, June 17, 2008 – Bluepoint Solutions, Inc., an innovator in Check 21, remote deposit capture, electronic document management and multi-factor identification software technology, today announced the launch of Alternative Services, a new service offering designed to help financial institutions lower their operational expenses while maximizing the benefits of their partnership with Bluepoint.

The Alternative Services team is comprised of experts who specialize in proactive onsite management and maintenance of the Bluepoint product suite. They leverage Bluepoint Solutions’ best practices methodology to provide financial institutions with improved efficiency and better overall client experience.

Erin Coleman joined Bluepoint Solutions in April 2008 as Vice President Alternative Services. Erin has been a part of the financial industry for over fourteen years. She has held key positions such as Technology Manager, Product Manager, and Strategic Accounts Manager with credit unions and vendors including Harland Financial Solutions and PSCU-Financial Services. Throughout her career, Erin has gained invaluable operational and technical experience, with a consistent focus on customer service and advocacy.
