Our process starts with a pre-qualification collection of basic information about your check volumes, check capture technology, document imaging systems, and your core processor. We conduct this step remotely, and may schedule a live site visit with you as a follow-up.

During our site visit, we undertake an in-depth investigation into specific workflows and operational areas, developing a broad base of information about your enterprise at all levels. Before concluding the visit, we present our findings and observations to upper management and key personnel, to ensure that we have correctly identified your specific needs and constraints.

Certified Bluepoint Project Managers Oversee Installation

When the time comes to implement, Bluepoint Solutions assigns a dedicated, experienced project manager whose job is to create and execute a smooth installation within your allotted time frame. Detailed project plans specify the major milestones, responsibilities, and timetables, we schedule weekly status calls. The entire team works proactively to help prevent delays and resolve roadblocks.

If data migration is part of the project, Bluepoint specialists work with you to examine your current content storage system. We follow well-established, proven procedures to define the scope of the migration and identify the files to be extracted and loaded. We continue our support through data extraction, transfer, indexing, auditing, and reporting.

After the system goes live, Bluepoint’s project manager continues to oversee several weeks of production use leading to turnover to your support representative.

Bluepoint’s training sessions improve your staff’s ability to perform jobs that involve our software, providing essential tools for optimal product operation. We offer specific training options for the technical and non-technical user. Initial training sessions occur as a part of your new software implementation process, after installation is complete and before your institution goes live with your new solutions. We also offer ongoing training, which is a great way to reinforce your best practice approach and bring new employees on board.

Training sessions can be held either on-site or live online, and combine narrated presentations with written documentation and hands-on exercises. Each attendee learns how the software relates to his or her own position and how to use it on a daily basis.

Snapshots ensure rapid recovery and testing of your item processing and content management infrastructure. In the event of a system failure, Bluepoint ensures quick deployment, proven data backups, and managed recovery through our partnership with the industry leader, Ongoing Operations. Data vaulting includes many advanced features:

  • Continuous data mirroring
  • Multiple restore points on any server
  • Total Windows server backup to preserve OS and applications
  • Industry standard encryption
  • Automatic and non-disruptive backups
