Enterprise Report Manager
Bluepoint Solutions is the leading innovator in electronic document management (EDM) for financial institutions, including a flexible report management engine designed to capture, store, distribute and retrieve your financial insititutions’ computer generated reports. Enterprise Report Manager (ERM) is a strategic solution for high-speed access to unlimited data regardless of its source.
ERM is part of FASTdocs, Bluepoint Solutions’ electronic document management software suite. FASTdocs is built around the Client-Centric File database and FD Master, a distributed data input and access interface. When paired, these two form the foundation for a completely paper-free operation enterprise-wide. Adding ERM leverages value by supporting non-paper storage of all reports through an automated, high-speed, accurate import to the Client-Centric File.

Automatically Stores External Reports to Your Clients’ Electronic Folder
ERM provides an environment where computer- generated output such as traditional “green bar” reports, member statements or 1099 forms, externally generated Payroll or ATM reports, downloaded bank or corporate credit union statements, Accessâ„¢ database reports or other text based reports are captured, parsed, indexed, secured and stored in FASTdocs. Virtually all reports from any number of systems can be managed by the ERM module.
Fully Customize Permissions for Enterprise-wide Access
As with all documents accessed through FASTdocs, visibility to reports is predetermined at the time of report configuration. Only staff authorized to read a given report will be able to access or view the report.
Streamline Text Searches
Text within a report is fully searchable. For example, if searching for a difference on a given day, your accounting department will be able to search for the amount of the difference and locate the most likely cause of the outage. Similarly, your HR generalist can readily search a payroll report to access a given employee’s accrued sick or vacation time.
High-Volume Parsing for Fast & Secure Storage
The ERM parsing engine provides high-volume parsing, indexing, securing, storing, and routing of ERM data. The engine reads through the original data, parsing the pages and documents and extracting the necessary criteria to be placed in a relational database. ERM stores, secures and routes the data at the document level.
Set Up Custom Reports Quickly
ERM presents an easy-to-use graphical point-and-click report setup that allows users to define page and row length, regions and summary and line item fields. ERM reports may be previewed prior to being placed into production to verify that both reports and indexes are properly defined.
Best End-to-end Technical Support in the Industry
Implementing ERM at your financial institution couldn’t be easier with Bluepoint’s Professional Services (PS) department to see you through the process. We will walk you through identifying the source data for all your reports and ensure that you know how to format and file it, using ERM, into your client-centric folders. After our PS Installation Engineer has completed training, your account is handed over to a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will provide both preventive technical maintenance and responsive incident support.
