An End-to-End Solution
eSign & Capture allows your institution to capture electronic documents from data housed in your core processing system or separate documentation software. It instantly and automatically identifies the appropriate fields for signature, leaving any other fields open for manual completion. Signatures are captured in the electronic document using a state-of-the-art electronic signature pad. eSign & Capture knows which fields require a signature and tracks those signatures as they’re added to the document. You can have peace of mind with the knowledge that the software will prohibit document archival until all the necessary signatures have been obtained.
How It Works
With eSign & Capture, a new Adobe® PDF or PostScript document is generated through a single point of capture, automatically recognized and presented for signature. Through a simple, streamlined user interface, the document is signed using an electronic signature pad and then automatically archived to your existing Bluepoint document storage system, all with a few simple keystrokes. Without eSign & Capture, this same process requires financial institutions to print a loan document, present it for a signature, open the archive program, select the destination location, and finally, scan the document into the archival database – a much lengthier and more time-consuming process!
Fully Integrated
Once the documents are stored in Bluepoint’s EDM system, the entire package is electronically filed in the individual client’s folder. After that, any additional supporting loan documentation can be scanned, indexed and filed with the original electronic documents. This eliminates costly paper storage and ensures that all documents remain together in one easily accessible location.
The Ultimate in Convenience
Joint signers no longer need to execute their documents at the same time. In fact, they don’t even need to sign them at the same location.
