Quality Assurance Engineers
We are seeking candidates that know how to work hard and who will grow with our team. We are looking for innovative and goal driven QA Engineers to contribute to the continued success of the company as we move to the next level and beyond.

Job Description:
The software quality assurance engineer will communicate with the other departments to translate requirements into specifications, bugs, and software solutions. The engineer will utilize automated software applications as the primary utility in the QA process. Experience with FITness or TestComplete are a plus. They will be responsible for developing and executing thorough automated test scripts/plans in a timely and efficient manner for all areas of the product. It is expected that while writing the automated test scripts/plans the engineer will write easy-to-understand steps and the expected result with a detailed description. The engineer will critically think about how consumers will interact with the software being tested and turn those thoughts into finding bugs, listing action items, and opening avenues of discussion. The engineer will continually research new technologies, techniques and ideologies and incorporate that new knowledge into your ongoing QA process. The engineer will have a basic understanding of the development process and have the ability to read source code (VB and C#) to assist in creating automated test scripts/cases. Experience with the SCRUM method is a plus. The engineer will work with in-house developed parsing tools dealing with custom regular expressions. Experience with SCRUM/Agile development methods is not required but highly valued.  Only local candidates will be considered.

Technical Account Managers (TAM)

Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Systems Administrator who will manage and support an assigned group of customer accounts. This is a hands-on position that requires solid experience with Systems administration including MSSQL database administration and the T-SQL language, networking, Microsoft Server Operating Systems as well as desktop systems. Strong organization and planning skills, good interpersonal and communications skills are a must as you will work with end-user customers. Knowledge of document imaging, workflow and COLD systems is a significant plus. Financial institution, preferably credit union industry knowledge is also a plus.
The most qualified candidate will have a solid technical foundation combined with IT, database, document imaging, and financial institution related experience. Five years minimum of hands on Systems administration. Only local candidates will be considered

Responsibilities:
** Manage assigned customer accounts
** Develop, manage & maintain client relationships.
** Support server hardware
** Support Windows Server and Client operating systems
** RAID, NAS/DAS/SAN experience
** Excellent troubleshooting abilities
** Interface with & troubleshoot existing customer networks, printers and storage devices
** Assist end-users in use of application software
** Assist customer IT staff in use of application software
** Proactively identify customer issues, escalate and actively participate in the problem resolution process.

Requirements:
** 5+ years Technical experience in Information Technology
** Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and written skills
** Technical knowledge - MS Windows Server 2000/2003, MS-SQL 2000/2005, T-SQL, MCSE Preferred, Solid Networking skills including LAN/WAN/Router/Firewall experience is a must
** Technical degree or equivalent experience.
